NBA SUMMERLEAGE 2008

I have a few questions before everything starts up:

Does anyone have a document or a site of the finished rosters? or are they still underway
Why has the Orlando Summer league start before , with only 6 teams.?
What are peoples opinion on the Summer leagues MVP and top point scorer?


Personally i want to see how Julius Hodge, Aaron Bruce, Nathan Jawai?, Alex Malic and Darius Rice

Darius who was confirmed a long time ago by the Slingers will be playing with San Antonio apparently!
