Equal Points end of season in juniors

Just wanted to know if at the end of the season and two teams finish on the same win/loss record therefore same points does it go to head to head between the two teams or percentage??
Surely it would be head to head but just wanted to know.

Yes, head to head is the first tie breaker.

winning % first - ie win / loss ratio.

then head to head

then points for / against %

then toss a coin

so a team could sit 8th after starting late and have less premiership points and jump up into finals after the table has shown them lower all season.

why they show the table like that is ???

if winning / losing % is teh bottom line - the table should use that
