Perth, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Sydney & Breakers wont make playoffs.

U rekn Perth wont make playoffs? They've got an even stronger lineup than last year and still made top 4.

Redhage
Rogers
Hinson
Loughton
Victor
Weigh
Crawford
+ Robbins/Garlepp/Caporn etc

Pretty frikn deep.

might be easier if u just do it in order skip, here's mine:

Tigers
Wildcats
36ers
Dragons
Taipans
Breakers
Hawks
Blaze
Crocodiles
Spirit

I don't care what the Dragons lineup looks like, I don't care that they've got Goorjian, it's a new coach, pretty well a new lineup, they will not dominate.
Wildcats to suprise this year.

Victorian teams look strongest, i say:

Dragons
Tigers
Wildcats
36ers
Breakers
Crocs
Taipans
Hawks
Blaze
Spirit

If Melbourne find a quality 2nd import, they would probably be my pick. Adelaide, Perth and NZ look good as well.

Similar to this time last year, it's good to see the 36ers being overestimated and the Blaze being underestimated, yet again.

So tell me how is that a team thats gonna finish 6th?. the only better teams i see are dragons and maybe the tigers by the slights of margins.

Knight would be coming in for Rogers or to at least start ahead of him I think. Apparently Rogers' injury is worse than they thought?

I think Steve's predictions could be close - it's going to be pretty competitive from 3rd-7th.

Blazefan, the Blaze only made the finals last year by one game on the Sixers (after sweeping the Sixers 3-0) where for half a year the Sixers didn't have two performing imports. The Sixers have a substantially different (and you would have to say improved) lineup this year, so I am not sure that last year's comparison is at all relevant.

The Blaze may well do ok again, but I don't see the Blaze (and for that matter the Crocs) as having loaded up with talent in the offseason as other teams appear to have done.

I think that people might be slightly underestimating the Harvey lead Hawks - always a dangerous combination in the past and a bogey team for the Sixers. It is going to be one hell of a season no matter what happens.
