Obviously he wrote it a while back to have Ebi included as a Dragon. That's pretty poor IMO.

If he was just working on it over time as rosters got put together, with a view to releasing it just before the season starts (ie....now) then why is it poor. It's bad final editing, but surely he's done nothing wrong with putting a review together over time?
