That's because the Bendigo Spirit is a girls team... Playing guys on the team is against the rules as far as I know.

If the NBL has been this lax with salary caps & dodgy point ratings etc, maybe next year the Tigers could just bring over the harlem globetrotters and 'pretend' they're Australian?
I mean, who's gonna check?
The NBL could just take the Tigers word for it as they have done with everything else.
They could field a team of Anstey, Ebe & The Globetrotters. brilliant.
