Personally trained in a lot of that mentioned or variances thereof. Have helped many more players (elite & casual) across a range of sports with a lot of those "types" of exercises amongst many others, for over 10 years. Nice to see a balance of conditioning, toning, strengthening, stretching and range of motion techniques used. Some elements in that article I would not however have people do though.

It is a shame that a lot of players take too long to wake up to these mutually inclusive elements, too late in their careers, or forget them too soon after learing of and commencing them! Comes down to consistency, dedication and regular perfection of execution. When properly done, works very well.

Im a Fitness trainer myself and having read the site it shows quite a lot of useful information for young athletes to take on board
