NH: Where to find Sopcast channels?

Does anyone know where to find a list of sopcast channels. I want to get espn and sky channel etc on it. In the list that comes with it when installed, none of the channels i want are there.

Any help would be great

kobe you always mention that website but I always get a really, really bad picture quality for nba game. I'm talking bad as in too bad to even be bothered with. I cable internet so speed isn't the issue.
