ditto skip. Doesn't help us much. Those pesky crocs were without Homicide as well.

Damn.... Wollongong led for most of the game, Saville had a shot at the buzzer to send it to overtime but no good!

C'mon Blaze, they're taking it right up to the Wildcats.

Taipans lead Spirit by a couple late in the 3rd. That will hopefully make things very difficult for the Spirit to make the playoffs... another good result for the Sixers.

51 all half time of the Wildcats/Blaze game

would be good for both of us (Crocs and Adel) for a blaze win

Wildcats get up by 6 in the end.

At least the Sprirt losing makes us only have to win one more game to make the playoffs.

Couldn't bring myself to support a team with Heal/Joyce anyway.

I'm a bit disappointed in the Gong though.

In many ways, it is unsatisfying to have to rely on other results to get you through to the position you deserve. Sixers can make their own destiny (or not) in the next 4 games. If they can't win enough of them, they don't deserve to be there. Harsh but true.

Love to see a home final, but not sure we have done enough to earn one.

A win to Spirit on Wednesday against Wildcats and a win at home next Saturday will see positions reverse with us creeping up to 5th. With the Crocs losing to Taipans on Saturday (not likely), we would jump to 4th. It all seems like too much to ask but surely the tide is due to turn with the run of bad luck we've had not only in our own games but also depending on other teams. A lot will be dependent on what we get out of Grizzard and how well he adjusts to the team after 10 days of training.
