did sturt u12 girls get beaten - ouch
wayne's girls have not lost too many - was boti coaching - the game would have been a classic - the teams seem very balanced
did we get a classic boti performance ?

what the

sturt's u16 and 18 girls down the langford girls at present
about 4 regular winter u16 div 1 girls missing from sturt - will be lot stronger over winter

u16 div 3 girls - woodville over sturt 2, sturt 1 over forestville, u14 div 3 girls sturt over forestville, u16 div 4 girls forestville over sturt (first win for season - no coach as well !)

What the. Sturts 16s are not good. Why is it that Sturt people allways make excuses when they loose. Boti team should have won by more. Be a very intersting finals, even if it Summer. Forestville would still beat Sturt 18s even with Langford.

love to know results of woodville v norwood - peter berry back against his old club

what the
Years ago
sturt's u16s are better than what has shown over summer
remember paul is back with u18s
not making excuses for u16 loss - just saying they are a better team than what has shown over summer

libertine - you're a flame - what happened at MARS Friday night?

What the. Who still has to come into that 16s team. No Langford, in the 18s but Fville didnt have Abbey.

what the
Years ago
I believe they have 8 country players in div 1 / 2 squad - several div 1 country girls not playing summer

what the

I T K - have no fear Abbey will be awesome on return - with nikita settling in as well they will be on song

Will be an interesting winter season now that everybody has seen everybody.

what the
Years ago
as long as it is good competitive basketball i will be happy
I had a look at the melbourne junior summer seeding system on VBL web site - we are definitely doing it wrong - they have it worked out by seeding them over summer and then placing them in the appropriate grade

South Australia isn;t big enough to have grading like they do. If you want to head that way then we are looking at 2 teams in Div 1 and havn't we been down that road already? Maybe we could have a modified system to replace our summer season.

under 16 div 2.1 north girls beat west over 20 points

that's interesting - if woodville u16 div 2 girls beat forestville 1 they would have pinched 4th spot from bearcats

Does anyone know results from 18 div 2 girls and finals positions?

I think that the only Woodville team that won vs. Norwood on Friday night was the u/20 men.

Norwood lost in under 18 boys, woodville won very comfortably!

that's woodville u18 men over norwood twice this summer - yet they are lower on the ladder
woul;d have been interesting with pete berry coaching against the bear

what about under 18 boys div 1? hows the standings going? tips for finals?

i believe woodville were entrenched in 4th and norwood secondish
so that resuklt throws things upside down
have NFI on the others

thats gotta sting! norwood have 2 losses for the year and they r both to the old club. 24 points is a large loss as well!

boti's performance and those of the parents was disgusting in relation to the 2 very inexperienced and average referees. But what is unusual about that from him?

Any chance of a Woodville v Norwood GF in U18 boys? Would be interesting.

id probably rather see norwood vs forestville, they have rivalry ever since under 16s!

im pretty sure norwoods playing forrestville this week in the semis, so no chance of a grand final show down

Semis in 18 Boys will actually be Forestville v Woodville in one, and Norwood v West in the other.
Norwood and West both lost on Friday, so Forestville finish top.

PB is a good coach and if we end up with a Norwood v Woodies GF - well that is just a promoter's dream.
If peter wanted a change - good on him - I believe it was just a miscommunication regarding who was coaching what team at woodville that led to some disharmony

A Norwood v Woodville GF may be a 'promoter's dream' - apart from the fact that PB won't even be there that day.
Grand final week is the same week as U20 Nationals, so PB will be away with the U20 Women.
Besides, it's all old news now, they've already played each other twice since he left.
