You just beat me to it!

The poor bloke finally got to see some time on court...a good result in limited time. He got more game time than Voskuhl as well which was a positive.

I still think Jawai can be big over there. The man is agile for his size; he just needs some coaching on the NBA style game.

Wouldn't mind if he signed with the Magic, he could have Patrick Ewing giving him pointers.

Jawai is an agile big man relative to other NBL guys here but most dudes in the NBA of his size is just as quick and not to mention faster too. worst of all he don't seem to have the right attitude.

something I've always said to my players when I was coaching over there "making NBA's easy staying in is hard".

as far as preseason games go, Andrew Bynum's having a very strong preseason! :-)

Jawai blew a one handed dunk as soon as he got in there and really didn't look too invlolved or even like he was working hard the whole time he was out there. Played together with Voshkul and Voshkul looked to have much more of an impact. I watched the whole 4th Q and it was disappointing from Jawai. It's hard to make an impact with the opportunity he was given, but these little opportunities are make or break at this stage...

Nathan just needs a chance to play a whole season somewhere to get his mojo back. As LA Boy said, there is tough competition for big man spots in the NBA, and Jawai needs to be at his best to make it, which he clearly isnt at the moment.

once again, attitude is extremely important in the NBA. If he's disinterested just because he don't see minutes till 4th quarter, then he's not going far at all. Good example is Shannon Brown, he always stay ready and focused whenever he gets a chance. so he went from 3min a game player for LA to regular rotation players
