That 3rd qt was the most appaling quarter i have ever seen in my 16 years as a cats fan. TO's galore. you guys can have schencher back for godsake. he is a stiff turnover machine. rogers is so much better then him it's not funny. now cats fan will appreciate rogie now. schenscher is downright terrible.

Thirty one 3's out of 71 FGA that tells me where their offense is focused. Just another perimeter based team. Live and die with the J.
GC got to line and that kept them in it, and pulled off the big plays at the death.
Throw in TO's and Perth game looks fragile despite one of the best records.

Exactly. despite having the best frontcourt in the league, perth just seems to rely on Spotup shooters . we need to isolate redhage, cattalini, wagstaff and the big red. in the first half schenscher was easily scporing when he was posted up. once we do that teams will have to play collapse defense and that in itself will creat better open looks for wlliamson ans lisch.
We got our lead(21 at one stage) because redhage was killing them along with big red. in the second half we went away from it.

Perth had 18 offensive boards. Did they kick them all out?
Only saw replay of last 7 minutes. Intrigued by Perth coaches call in last minute, opting for Lisch 3 over Maxey who has the longest arms of anyone in league to tie it with at least 30 seconds on clock. They only needed a quick 2 to put the pressure back on GC.
I see Joey Wright brought in Mika to cover Lisch so driving to hoop was taken away.
Once they let GC back into contest in 3rd quarter the writing was on wall. Good crowd. Really got into it. Great venue.
