Westover and Hodge reprimanded by NBL

The National Basketball League (NBL) has reprimanded both Melbourne Tigers head coach Alan Westover and player Julius Hodge for comments they made at the post-match press conference following the Tigers' 76-69 defeat by the Cairns Taipans at the Cairns Convention Centre on 31 December.

"The NBL has decided that a reprimand was the appropriate penalty in this instance," said NBL General Manager Chuck Harmison. “All clubs are fully aware that our rules do not permit any sort of comment regarding match officials that could be construed as criticism in the public forum. Appropriate channels for dealing with any concerns about the performance of referees have been clearly established and communicated to all teams and we expect them to be followed.”
How many strikes is this now?

Soft Cocks!
Is it that they don't want to upset Melbourne in case they lose a match- OH that's right, they lose matches anyway
