A quick Q, whats the point of the mini screen/regular size screen hanging underneath the massive screen?
Perhaps angled better for those closer to the court, I dunno?

You can easily see how the punters can hit it if they wanted to.

I wonder if they got a WII by redemption for buying that?

people easily fall to commercialism. how can you watch those players from afar inside that stadium? well, they will reason out that there's the screen anyway.

TrueHoop made a remark that many in the stadium appeared to spend most of their time watching the screen rather than the court.

as good as 108,000 people is at a basketball game, i doubt you'd be able to appreciate a game properly regardless of the greatest architectural designs without a screen the size of a small country to watch.

DJ to answer your question, it would be for people who are sitting closer to the action to see the replays and other things that are shown on the screens.

I have a mate currently in the USA on a Student Exchange. He and some mates went on a road trip to Dallas and sit high up into the stands to watch the game.

Thanks to the huge screen, you can still see the action.

He's taken some great photos and posted them on facebook for his mates to see.

An awesome stadium. Almost hosted Manny Pacquiao Vs Mayweather. I think it'll now host Pacquiao Vs Clottey instead on March 14.
