I dont have any problem with the appointment but some concerns about the process...

werent applications to be directed to the CEO?
if the CEO was applying would it not be a conflict of interest to not only see the applications but what about the privacy issues?

Its comparable to Woodville women's coaching applications being posted to the club secretary who also happens to be the women's coach. Where is the transparency.

That being said, will steve continue on a dual role... will steve appoint assistants and who should be in the mix?

Combining the coach and ceo is sensible I guess given the financial constraints.
