Erin Phillips named Polish finals MVP

From the article picked up from FIBA.com...

Erin Phillips did her chances of making Australia's squad for the FIBA World Championship for Women in the Czech Republic no harm by leading Lotos Gdynia to the Polish title over the weekend.

Phillips was named MVP of the PLKK play-off finals.

The 1.73m point guard, who turns 25 on May 19, had 17 points in Gdynia’s 60-58 Game 4 triumph.

In Game 1, which Gorzow won 78-74, Phillips had 21 points.

After scoring 10 points in an 80-72 Game 2 victory, she had 14 in a 75-68 Game 3 Gdynia win.
