Champion named WNBL apparel partner

Basketball Australia is proud to reveal the appointment of Champion as the Official Apparel Partner to the Women's National Basketball League and its teams.

In a three-year agreement with the company's distributor, TNF Group, Champion will outfit all ten WNBL clubs with on-court and off-court apparel for the upcoming seasons.

TNF Group Managing Director Guy Tuthill said "Champion Australia is delighted to have secured a three year sponsorship of the WNBL competition in Australia.

"As the exclusive apparel supplier to the WNBL, Champion Australia looks forward to providing high quality team uniforms and supporting the League as it continues to grow and prosper in Australia."

Great news for the women's league. Champion wil also be using the playetrs in their retail promotions as well - great cross promotion for the league and their players.

Let's just hope there's a new team in place at Champion.

I tried to get a quote for 160 uniforms (16 teams) a couple of years back and couldn't even get a call returned.

Had a quote from the outgoing supplier in a day.
