This unbalanced Tigers team was playing their second game together, without one of their imports (one of only three guards on the roster), against a team that knows each other well and whose strength is speed. This game doesnt show anything really.

Top colleges are good, dont get me wrong, but very few are at pro level.

Tigers looked well off the pace in the highlights - and were not making very much of their height advantage.

pretty sure Pitt was only ranked around 12-15. if it had been the year before when they had that really big guy.......

Tigers were second bottom and mostly atrocious last season though. With a completely new team I wouldnt take anything from the game except that they will be a little bit better for the run.

Will be interesting to see where they are at if they play the Breakers trial team in China this week. A game against Euroleague team Unicaja will also be interesting (hopefuly Devendorf is playing), although they prob wont play with the intensity of keen college kids this far before the season.
