NH: How much do you make delivering Junk Mail?

My two teenagers and I have started delivering junk mail to earn some pocket money and I would like to know if we are being paid the right amount. If you deliver junk mail how much are you making per week, how many items (different catalogues) delivered to how many houses. My area manager has been very vage about how to calculate the deliveries and is terrible at keeping track of what we have completed.

i did it back when i was 14 or 15, all i remember is that the pay was bugger all and it was a lot of annoying work for very little value. id look elsewhere for some pocket money. however i remember i did 3 areas on one weekend it took all of saturday from morning to about 7pm and i got 250 dollars. i quit on that sunday

A 12 hour day for $250 as a 14 year old wasn't good enough?

it changes from week to week, it is based upon how many items you have but also the size and weight of the items, and the number of houses in the area you deliver.

It is alot of work folding and getting organised.

Also different rates for midweek vs weekend.

So it is not a consistant rate of pay.

DB5, your link to the other thread had me crying with laughter. Are some people really that foolish?
