NBA Fantasy Help

Hello hoops community. Im keen to start an NBA fantasy team but have zero experience and was hoping you guys could help me out.

Just a few questions:
1. Where is the best site to play? Ive seen a ton around e.g. NBA.com, yahoo etc
2. Whats the best type of league to play in, ie is it head to head like AFL Dream Team style or league wide points total?
3. Any pointers in finding a serious league. I have a few friends that are keen to play but doubt any of them would take much notice after a few weeks.

Hey i need people in my NBA.Com fantasy league...its called "No Need", people said they were going to play but didnt.
