LJ is Euroleague player of the week

Opals superstar Lauren Jackson continues to remind everyone why she is arguably the best female player on the planet...this time being named Euroleague Plyer of the Week.

This week, Jackson poured in 28 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead Spartak to an 85-52 triumph over VICI Aistes - the Lithuanian side that upset the Russian giants in the opening game of the campaign.

Jackson has been named Player of the Week because of her efficiency rating of 40, beating out a couple of USA internationals who had awesome performances.
