I wouldnt think so, but if they plan on bringing in who the rumours say, at the right price why not. Wont be abke to afford anything better anyways.

HES had a good second half of year but depends on what moose wants for next season,i feel sanders retain but gilder no.I be surprised if they keep gilder and get rid of Sanders.if Sanders or Dorsey become free agents its worth looking for Sixers, they have seen what these players can do on court what what sixers need as a shooting forward.remember Leon Trimmingham athletic something sixers been missing since he left.

if he or sanders became available i would b grabbing them. gilder had alot of self doubt at the start bout playing well now. sanders athletic good shooter.

sanders is alot better than what we have had this yr.

Who are these rumoured players they want to bring in?

Sanders? We've had more than our fair share of dud imports in recent times, no thanks.

D.Martin and A.Ballinger were the players they were going after.
Seems Gilder put up 50 points last week.
That's with more court time due to injuries.
A slow start to the NBL. Then, 30points in NZ , where it looked like he could've put up 40.

Camel - NZ have the second worst defence in the league. Only gold Coast have given up more points per game. NZ rely on outscoring the other teams. So a big score against them is not necessarily a good indication.
The week before was against Adelaide, who give up the fourth highest points per game. The week before that was against Melbourne, who give up the third highest points per game.
Paul Stanley used to put up 35 points per game, week in, week out, for a couple of seasons. But while he was doing that, the Devils still never looked like contenders and Steve Carfino, playing alongside him, was the man who got chased by other teams. It wasn't about points scored, it was about who helped the team to have a better chance of winning games.
Has Gilder been the reason Sydney have turned their season around or has he benefited from the overall turnaround in the team's performance and playing teams with poorer defences in the last few weeks? I'm inclined to think it's the latter.

He has performed solidly in almost all facets of the game recently and highlighted that with smoe big scoring games. There can be no question that he has played well and has helped the team improve.
