does the bylaw still exist that in the last 4 rounds you can not play in any division lower than the one you played in with 4 rounds to go ?

I think you are trying to ask whether a player can drop down in a division (eg Div 3) for finals after playing the last 4 games in a higher division (eg Div2)??

some examples -
I play Div 3 and in the last 4 rounds I play div 2 the 3rd and 2nd to last round - I can go back to Div 3 for the last round but can't play finals in Div 3 y/n?
or a div 1 player plays the last 2 rounds in Div 2 but still cant play finals
or Div 3 player plays last 4 rounds in Div 4 - they are ok to play Div 4 finals.

yes hangin that is more or less.
div 2 team has a bye 2nd to last round - they can play div 3 that round - but cant play finals with div 3 as they play the other last 3 rounds with Div 2 y/n
The bylaw was removed, as long ad you've played 40% of games in the team you wish to play in for finals it's all good. You could play Div 2 in the final round and if you've qualified for Div 3 finals you can play that but only that. Ie you can't play finals for both teams... Hope that answers your question.

what happens if you go up to div 1 and there is less that 40% of the season left? Then you cant play finals or some one is injured. (7.2 games is 40%)
