NBL rnd 1.Tigers v Kings. Tix on sale Wed 7th Sep

Tickets for Melbourne Tigers opening home game of the 2011/12 iiNet NBL Championship Season will go on sale to the general public at 5pm this Wednesday the 7th of September.

The Tigers are facing rivals the Sydney Kings on Friday the 7th of September (top off 7.30pm) and with the recent addition of NBA star and Australian Boomer Patty Mills, a sell out crowd is expected for the opener! Fans are encouraged to pre purchase tickets (or purchase a membership) to reserve your seat and avoid disappointment.

Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster on 136 100 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.au.

For those attending Game 1 of the FIBA Oceania Championship in Melbourne on Wednesday, tickets will also be available to purchase at 'The Cage' (State Netball Hockey Centre) from 5:00pm.

The opening game is on Friday the 7th of October (not September).

tigers tickets have been expensive for ages at the best of time but even with mills surely they arent charging $175? unless they are courtisde or something/hollywood like the sizers do then thatd be more understandable
