Wagstaff and Bevo get monthly awards

Wagstaff is an interesting choice - averaged 15.8/4/1.3 off the bench as the Cats went 4-0. Maybe he was just the most consistent Wildcat?

Wagstaff's 16 points at 58% and 47% from range in 19 minutes a game is pretty deadly. His end of December form probably crept into people’s subconscious when voting too.

His impact of the bench definitely won a few of those games. Look at his stats in the new zealand game last week.. if he played like he averaged last month the wildcats would have won easily.

Still not sure if Wagstaff was ahead of Gibson or Jackson for the month, but the voting is what it comes down to I guess?

IMO Wagstaff needs/deserves more minutes.. so do the Wildcats let Redhage go? not likely to happen.

They should play he and Redhage together at the 3 and 4 a bit more.

Not bad choices IMO. I see the 36ers only had 1 player with votes (DJ) and shock horror none for our coach.
