NBL retired numbers

Does anyone know where I can find out the retired numbers for all the NBL teams? Even the defunct ones.

I'm interested in who each team felt had made the most impact for their clubs.

Wiki is a good source.

Maybe a good excuse to go to a few home games and look at the rafters?

Jack Toft, I know about my own team - it's the others I want to know about.

Fenton and his gf Tina Christie died in a car accident in about 1988 I believe. Fenton was starting to play some good basketball at the time to. I believe a car racing with its lights off crashed into Fenton.

Why isnt Mark 'Hogey' Bradtke's #50 retired for the Tigers after he led them to their first title in 93?

Dont say it has to do with him finishing up at Brisbane because that was the Tigers option.

I completely agree about Bradtke RAYJ. I do believe it was to do with him leaving to finish his career at Brisbane. Perhaps now that Seamus is gone, the new ownership group can do the right thing by Hogey.

Adelaide has Maher & Davis' numbers retired but on the southern wall of the Adelaide Arena they have 5 shirts hanging (all played on the `86 championship team). They are Darryl "Iceman" Pearce, Peter "Pa" Ali, "Mean" Al Green, Mike McKay and Scotty Ninnis. Personally I'd like to see the names of Bill Jones and maybe Dwayne Nelson added but its not my choice.

The above link is to a photo I took before we played the Blaze on 26 November 2011 of the 5 extra shirts they have hanging in the Adelaide Arena. If you go there, click on my name (HoldenV8) just to the top right of the pic and you can check out the other pics I've taken at the Arena. Not many but there are some.

At the arena there is also Rachel Sporn's number (14) that has been retired by the WNBL's Lightning but I'm yet to put up a photo of it.

There was a time that the kings had a whole lot of jerseys retired but they appear to have underused most of them now.

hi dude & red:

yeah you guys are right. Scott and his GF died in a traffic card accident. Actually i was his colleague and we shared the same desk. Scott and GF were both handsome young people then. So sad! Please check out where they had the accident and check the nearby street names. Spooky....
