At th dome itwas Mavericks in 14 girls ,18 girls and 16 boys. Norwood just won 14 boys.

Mavs home base dedicated to mt barker show, so the dome it was. Mavs u14 div 1 girls seems to be an improved team!
I see in div 2 that Western Magic's div 3 side that finally got the chance to play Div 2 won by 5 pts against the Grand Finalits in summer season Div 2. Maybe this team is the real contender for this grade.

hey anonymous, the sooner that you realise that you are a social club and that BSA will NEVER allow you Div 1 teams, no matter how many div 3 GF's you win, the better it will be for basketball in SA. wow one of your teams got a gig in a div 2 comp....who cares, dont get used to it it wont be the norm...Not sure if you are aware, but the real clubs are laughing at you, you destroy teams in Div 3 and think we are worried, yeah right !!!. do the right thing for the sport and your kids and go back and annoy the social competions of the west. If your players want to go anywhere they will go to a real club with real coaches

Centrals beat Sturt 14 girls by 10....Sturt never look like winning.....
Centrals beat Norwood in 16 girls as well......even tho they were at Gawler instead of Pasadena

the chance is coming for magic to show that they are up for it and enter in state champs in a higher grade - maybe venture into state grade ?
I thought the reason Magic could only play upto Div 3 because they are only an affiliate team... their fees are a lot less than what the other district teams pay... If Magic can now enter Div 2 or even Div 1 should our fees be reduced??

Did anyone notice u14 girls centrals defeated sturt, what is going on there ?????

In under 14's Mavs div 1 girls definite improvers, loaded up with state country players and already had the best post player in the state ! Sturt picked up a point guard from south and centrals have added country players as well. Forrestville asked a couple of south east girls out to training but it seems unlikely they will be getting on board !
Country have some talent & size in this age group. Mavs & Centrals should both improve due to their country connections.
Norwood drew with Mavs in the 12-1 boys @ the dome.
