NZ Breakers Juniors

Came across the breakers junior teams! I think possibly u12/14 and i think its safe to say the future of nz basketball is good hands. Or though
the Tigers Tournament is the highest of standards I was really impressed with the smarts of these kids. Their court awareness and basketball brains were better then most of the kids in u16s etc. And just the raw athleticism of these kids was great to see a ba basketball fan. it really does make me wonder why the breakers are the only team who have a 'Junior' program per-say and no other clubs do? or if they do its a train wreck!

Thoughts?

My friend and her son are over their at the moment playing with the Breakers U16's, she said that they had been doing really well.

Anon, clean slate = barely any slate up until the Breakers Academy stepped up.

Would love to see the Breakers come over and compete amongst real comp for instance Dandy / Eltham tournament or Nunawading tournament rather than lets face the Tigers tournament is for a domestic teams and lower grade rep teams chasing trophies.
