A Snakes error!, is that similar to when the O'Brien's business went under?

Sounds like the NBL head office sets very low standards, and doesn't follow up on any rules it does set, to show it cares about the image it presents.

They've obviously never heard of "First impressions count!"

NBL social media is a disaster,at both a league and club level. Takes unprofessionalism to previously unknown depths. Is it any wonder the general public looks at the sport in general as a laughing stock?

Probably because theres a lack of money to go around and hire more media people to take care of this stuff. Basketball is a poor neglected sport in comparison to soccer which just had another million handed to it by the governement (see different thread about this)

FWIW I think the NBL facebook page is quite active.

The newsletter is also probably not a high priority for some clubs anyway (though it should be), but they should sort it out nonetheless.

just bc its a neglected sport it doesnt mean that the nbl arent living up to that stereotype either !!
