I don't have any links but i remember seeing something on twitter a few months back confirming it, yet i may be wrong..

Spoke to a Ten Sport rep over the weekend about the NBL etc. He said they haven't looked at the NBA and doubtful they will.

Deadline has passed for that contract as well.
