Mirko Djeric trialling with Partizan in Serbia

Promising young Aussie prospect Mirko Djeric who put his name up in lights as a silver medallist at the recent U17 World Championships, is currently trialling with Serbian powerhouse KK Partizan.

Djeric's parents migrated to Australia from Serbia and therefore he apparently has a dual passport.

I hope the young kids does well and is obviously looking to take advantage of his dual passport! It is certainly a different pathway he is taking compared to that of his fellow U17 World Champ team mates...

Partizan is a good club to start off in Europe, they play in Euroleage as well as the Adriatic league. This means lots of scouts from other more well off clubs will have seen him play throughout the season-good move.
