Taipans came back, but looks like Sydney got them in OT. 98-93. Kings appear to have suited Kevin White in place of Kevin Smith (as rumoured on Hoops) and played Harvey less than a minute. Cairns only played Wilson 14:26 and didn't have their second import Edwards or Grabau or Loughton.
Henry 33, Madgen 19, Lazare 16, Bruce 11. Crosswhite nine boards, White had seven. Main minutes went to Henry, Bruce, Crosswhite, Lazare, Madgen and then White.
For Cairns: Tragardh 28, Hill 18, Rychart 12, Andronicos and Wilson 11. Rychart with ten boards, Hill with nine. Williams had eight assists, playing 33 minutes as Wilson played under 15 - rested? Hope not injured? Main players by minutes were Tragardh, Hill, Williams, Rychart, Steindl.
Cairns kids Andronicos, Mitchell and Bruce all got a few minutes, with Andronicos playing 19 in place of Loughton.
Chalk this one up to Cairns given their omissions?

Hopefully for Kings fans, this game by Henry is a sign of things to come.. They need him playing at this level to have any chance of breaking 10 wins.

Also Harvey only played a minute because he re-injured his leg. Not sure how serious is it at the moment.
Any idea why Gliddon also wasn't suited up for the Taipans?? He hasn't seen any action, and he was the first new recruit to arrive in Cairns I believe?
Basically Cairns playing with only half their team (Loughton/Edwards/Grabau/Gliddon/Wilson limited mins) all sitting out. Andronicus impressive, Brad Hill tore up pre-season last year as well, hopefully this time it carries over to the regular season!

Gliddon coming back from injury I believe, should be back before the season starts.
They dont need Henry at that level, but half of it consistently would be nice.
