The games that are scheduled at 2pm Eastern time on Sundays are the Ten live games, with that switching to 1pm Eastern in March.

All Perth games have tip-off times now. The six at 6:30pm Fridays will be ONE games at 9:30pm Eastern I believe.

There's also another 10 Fridays where there is only one option in Australia (or two with a Perth game at 7pm which cant be televised), so you can pick out 40 of the 48 TV games.

The only Fridays where there is doubt are Round 2, R4, R6, R14, R19, R20, R23 and R24.

So with 8 games still TBA, this is the breakdown of each clubs televised games.

Adelaide - 15 games (11 home, 4 away)
Cairns - 7 games (2 home, 5 away)
Melbourne - 13 games (10 home, 3 away)
New Zealand - 3 games (0 home, 3 away)
Perth - 16 games (7 home, 9 away)
Sydney - 13 games (5 home, 8 away)
Townsville - 7 games (3home, 4 away)
Woolongong - 6 games (2 home, 4 away)

Obviously all NZ home games a televised in NZ, not sure whether we will see them here yet.

Perth fans would be loving it, so far 9/12 away games played in Australia will be televised.

Of course, every one of the other 68 games is on NBL.TV!

BTW - the Round 15 Friday night game will be Sydney v Melbourne because the Perth game is at 7pm in the west. So the numbers become Ade and Per 15 TV games, Syd and Melb 14.

I don't care how much the league wants the big market teams' games on TV, a casual fan getting their first exposure to NBL by watching Melbourne vs Sydney, for example, is not good for the game...

Or Melbourne vs anyone. Or Sydney vs anyone.

And I want to see NZ more than 3 times in the regular season. They are the champs, they should earn at least more live games than a small market Aussie team. There are more than half a million Kiwis living in Australia, more than the populations of Townsville and Cairns combined, for a sense of scale.

I completely understand the need to telecast big market games from a financial point of view, but should the gap be that wide between Melbourne and Sydney, who have been widely picked to finish on the bottom of the ladder, and teams like Cairns, Townsville, and New Zealand, who all look to be in finals contention as well as being uptempo, exciting, explosive teams that will be fun to watch for fans -- especially casual ones with short basketball attention spans?

Agreed, the horrible performances of Melbourne and Sydney at the start of the 2011 season when the game had gone live on ONE did a lot of damage.

Both those teams will be considerably better than that this year, though still quite possibly not very attractive to watch. We'll have to wait and see.

The potential for ratings of the bigger cities is too much for Ten to ignore though.

Because no network here wants to show them.

Sign up to NBL.TV and you can watch them all live. Buy a cable to link your computer with your TV and you can watch them just like they were on telly!

Nevermind, just discovered that they have a facebook page (NBL tv) and saw a message to another subscriber that they'll be sending out ID's early next week.
