Am I the only one who finds the full replays on NBL.TV start roughly midway through the second quarter? I've tried on both my PC and my laptop and both are doing the same thing for all the matches

No probs for me. The Ade v Mel and Cns v Tsv games start a few seconds after tip-off and the other two start before tip-off.

Have you tried hitting the start arrow once youve started watching to see if it goes back to tip-off?

Yeah I got that with the Sixers game. Not sure why.
I e-mailed NBL TV all fixed as of late yesterday.

What does my subscription include?
Your subscription to NBL.TV includes access to live matches and highlights where available for a limited period depending on your subscription package (monthly or annually).
So only live games are in full. Replays are highlights. Not quite what I expected.

When I was having some big issues I emailed them, they got back to me, and it took two days but the problem did get fixed. This one sounds a bit more straight forward so I definitely flick them an email.

If watching on iOS, things worth trying if you are having a problem:
- check for an app update
- close the app (e.g., from its running state too)
- log out of NBL.TV and back in within the app
- switch your device off completely and back on
First issue I had required an app update. Next one was fixed by switching the iPad off and on.

I'm using my PC and waiting for the android app for my tablet. I know it's in development.

The issue is on PC/Laptop, I tried it on the iPad and it works perfectly on there. I'll send them an e-mail

I got a response from my e-mail telling me it was rectified on the weekend. It clearly wasn't as I still have the same problem as of this very moment.

On the weekend, the game that was loaded from 3/4 time, changed so that it started during the second quarter.
That's pretty poor. Clearly they do not test on all platforms.
