Just looked on sporting pulse.. why aren't south playing?

u18 state girls are one of the most even groups - anyone from the top 6 on their day can win - I'll be watching that group for sure

every possession will count in this group over the weekend - no bad games at all

u18 state will make for some great games- heres my opinion

-north have been in good form
-forestville had a 1pt loss to north, but otherwise are a very strong team
-eastern.....cayla francis....need we say more (past player of the week in aba btw)
-west slight losing slump and have been struggling with injuries i hear
-norwood have some great shooters in their team
-sturt prob. not where they should be on the ladder

overall should make for some great basketball

Not only do Eastern have Francis but they also have the best basketball brain in the state on pacing the sidelines now too.

however Sturt have good depth and I'm tipping them for a GF berth
