west pull off state champ coup

see west managed to get 2 teams in one grade for state champs - u18 / u21 reserve fillys.

I love the state champs and support the stronger clubs filling holes if only 4,5 or 6 teams per grade - I just thought it was not allowed

If not - who gets the extra team if vacancies exist?

West obviously nominated for U18 Res 2 and there is no grade for them. Hence 2 teams in R1. There is only 1 West team in U21 R Women.

I think it is good that they bother to make up some more numbers if that grade is down teams or no reserve 2 grade'

Why have rules if the administrators allow you to break them.

If the team can't score, and they get into the finals, then who gets the points? Do they get a point for participation as well?

I believe it makes the determination of a "Reserve Champion" meaningless!
