does anyone know what the go is with tassie teams nominating for classics this year? i have heard this means only top 3 from state champs now make classics...will they still take a wild card? whats the new system?
apparently they have received nominations from teams in Tassie and WA, so could spell trouble for some SA teams
Where can you find details of teams nominated?
What grades have tassie nominated for?

IMO Tassie at Classics would be a discrace to the Tournament. They are an embarrassment every year at National Club Champs and are sure to become the "easy-beat" of the Classics. But then if this is what Victorian Clubs need to feel good about themselves......
It won't happen but what about all 4 SA teams normally allowed to play at classics withdraw their nominations as the "rules" changed at the last minute. A bit of solidarity from SA clubs for once might get things we want.
