Sorry, could not help but check on the progress of the BigV team Melton, aka #bredlife. They lost.
No one would have foreseen this.

Watched Sth Pen v Chelsea.Not a bad standard.Neither imports played for what reason i dont know.Both teams look comfortable in Div 1 but not ready for championship.
Imports aren't yet cleared by immigration to play.

Eltham SCM missing two starters due to BA paperwork issues.
Warrandyte D1M going down Saturday night despite not spending any money on players this year. Sunday they opened the purse strings and a win was had.
Vlad Tankov scores 14 as Chelsea edge past the Sharks in D2M. Post game spread got a good work out though.
Camberwell D1W doing a big number on Hawthorn. Quite a number of ex Magic Women playing against their old team too.
Blackburn D2W welcomed back Tara Bohanna as she went for 15 points and 20 boards but Casey took the choccies by 10.
Hume SCW missing their Townsville connection but Froggy stepped up to fill the void.

DV Vs Eltham: I hear that Eltham forgot to lodge the paperwork for those two missing starters!
Even with Lister & Import they'd still get flogged by 50pts rather than 70pts! They are the laughing stock of the compition this year, they suited player who could hardly get mins in thier Youth league program in 2012, if it wasn't for Cuffe they'd never have even got the ball over half court!
Bulleen Vs Werribee: Looks like Werribee will be ok, they pushed Bulleen so they should take heart from that result.
Wav Vs Corio: Good to see Waverley beat Corio as i think it sets up a great game back at Corio later in the year...they are on paper the best 2 teams!
Melb Vs Ring: Melb look young and Sam Belt turned back to clock with a great shooting performance...if he can find his old form they could be set for another good year!

Surprised Vlad didnt get more minutes as he had a hot hand. Seem to be some quite animated discussion between Chelsea coach and player....Sth Pens womans import is solid.Will be 20-10 each week.

The stacked Keysey were 100% full strength and Melton had only 2 starters and lost on referee call in a tight game. Cant wait for the return game.
The fellas looked the goods. Watch out Coburg fist game at the stable for the year.

Watched Mildura vs Whittlsea. Calvin Henry looked to have an off game but still managed to have 26 and 16, he will be the best player in Div 1 by a country mile. Jabril Banks was also very impressive, looked more like Kimbo Slice then a basketballer and will be able to just beast teams that don't have good interior defence.

Cal will tear it up.Surprised he wasnt picked up by another SEABL team but there had been a potential timing issue which would of meant him coming in late which clubs dont like.

So how did the new coach at Melton go? Some mixed comments about him on here last week. I would of thought after the week the club had that a 4 point loss to the team everyone is saying will win the championship is a pretty good result.
Melton will smash Coburg this week by over 30.
Tellin ya now big things from melton this year.
