Tigers re-sign Anstey & D-Mac

In a show of commitment to the season ahead, the Melbourne Tigers have wasted no time re-signing coaching duo Chris Anstey and Darryl 'DMac' McDonald.

A rookie coach in season 2012/13, Anstey took his team to the cusp of a playoff opportunity. Having already achieved global success as a player, Anstey is now showing signs of replicating those fortunes through his hard work ethic and high expectations as Head Coach.

"It’s a decision that the club is extremely proud of", says CEO Michael Slepoy. “We are proud of Chris' efforts in his first season as Head Coach and look forward to a bright future with him at the helm” he said.
