Best Under 12s coach in VJBL since 2000?

Who is the best? Why? Who's win/loss record is the best? Has their influence at this level helped develop quality senior SEABL/NBL/College Players?

A hard question to answer considering that most kids will only be with a coach for 2 years and then move up to the next age-group with a new head coach. Quite uncommon for a coach to stay with a group longer than that.

And many of the kids with real potential in the 00's went through the AIS system at a young age, so didn't finish off with that much VJBL competition anyway.

The question is maybe better directed at the ITC coaches and State Coaches? Can't argue with that the names Jasyn Harvey and Marissa Filipou are worth a mention from the women's side of things. They both moved up with one age group through 16's and 18's in the women's state teams - Jarry, Macleod, O'Hea, Cambage, Kunek, Cumming, etcetc all coming through their systems. Or maybe they were just riding on the coat-tails of their players successes..
