SA Metro boys came 5th in U16 2011, U16 girls came 9th. I think both country teams were 10th or 11th.

Can we expect similar results this time around? Better? Worse?

I actually think the country girls will do quite well. A balanced group with some size. They will be better than 11th from 2 years ago. Should be top 8 and it will depend on a few close games to how high up they finish.

I'm told the NSW Metro team has talent but haven't heard any names yet.
Any chance the games will be streamed live on the Internet? It will be great to see the next generation of Aussie basketball players.

Tas boys Stewie,
You think there going to compete with NSW, Vic and Qld?
What boys to watch out for there? I hear a few from north west coast are alright but that's about it. Any from Launceston or from the south?

Jason.
You got no clue.
Your secondhand appraisal is crap.
Three Australian reps in the last 12 months.
Tassie men well represented from all three regions.
Suggest Stewie23 knows a hell of a lot more than you.

Are the Vic Met boys team anything like 2 years ago? If so, no one will get close to them. Though I think 2nd would be up for grabs because ACT weren't great.

^^On board with S23 and T.

Tas Boys are a real threat.

Open up with two big games in SA Met and Vic Met which will set the direction for the week.

Some genuine Oz level talent, depth at all positions and a solid coach.
