Ben Madgen dislocated ankle at Boomers training

Saw on twitter he uploaded a photo of him in hospital saying he dislocated his ankle at training. How long would a player typically be out for with that injury?

Ouch, had a teammate do that landing on someone's foot coming down from a rebound, Not a pretty sight. Poor guy, shoulder and ankle dislocations within a few months, that would mess with your head.

Btw who replaces him for the rest of the series? Norton as another ball handler to hopefully offer more than Cadee or igor as a more like for like swap.

All medical bills should be covered by BA but NBL salary only affected if he has Salary Insurance of some kind. BA don't pay for it.
NO NBL player has that, clubs gave away that expense 10 years ago and it was very limited and conditional even then.
Remember the fuss for Matt Nielsen as a Boomer? Didn't he have to take it out himself or his Lithuania team wouldn't allow him to play for Australia?
Anyone know much about NBA players etc? Have no doubt they are covered but who pays?
