We need a 3. Is he a 3? Remembering he is essentially the replacement for Christopherson so...

Well he does look a damn site better then christopherson. I think we need a starting swing man now though? a star import... who have we got right now?

The star import, most money will go on Ervin or similar New York pg. Joey has stated this so other import will be cheapish 3-2 man

Don't get why teams don't look at NZNBL imports. Cheapish and more proven usually. Look at the NZ League lots of imports have played ANBL eg Maxey, Braswell, Warren, Rickert.

Don't forget the mighty WA SBL our imports are best

Jason Crowe plays/played in the NZNBL and he was more than decent.

Can someone remind me again why we didn't keep Weigh? Too expensive, not good enough? What was the problem?

6'4 and athletic can play the 3 especially as Creek can guard bigger guys.

Yeah i also wondered about Weigh.

Probably couldn't afford to retain Weigh and then grab a PG like Ervin etc. Remembering Mass and Christo were budget with Weigh. Either that or Weigh was looking elsewhere anyway.

Either way, we'll take him. Now if Dunigan dons the orange, we're set.

Theron Wilson would be a good option as a 3 man.

Weigh is over rated by some in my opinion...a glorified 1 trick pony.

Winston Robinson doesn't look too bad. Has good handles by all reports and can mix it inside and out whilst being able to create his own shot....they're the kinds of things the Sixers were lacking last year from the SF role.

Geelong Imports are very good - Wilson would be worth a look

Sixers have to look at Calvin Henry in Mildura 6,7 player who can play the 2/3/4 smashes every league he plays in and would be cheap (SEABL allstar 5 last season). Joey Wright needs to contact Mildura and give him a trial at least.(Mildura coach ex Adelaide boy)

Very good connection between Adelaide and Mildura because of James Madigan so I'm sure he has made the calls about Henry.

Like to see Ervin sign with a nice swing man who can score about 10-12points and collect some rebounds, sixers have not had two quality imports since the day of mee and brooks ,Joey know how to get the right imports, unlike the previous two coaches.

Sixers should be looking at Calvin Haynes for their PG role. Good height at 6'3, left handed, good scorer, hard worker who plays both ends of the floor, drives to the basket and finishes well with contact, good passer and gets on the boards. Pretty much does it all...
