UBL - Summer League (NSW)

Summer Basketball is back in a big bad way!

Ultimate basketball League (UBL) begins this October. It will feature 12 min quarters, full stats and player profiles, dj's, live streaming video, and 10K prize money!! Rep players sitting on their bums during summer, now have somewhere to play!

It will feature a high level of competition including, state league players, ABA players, elite youth league players, and a handful of ex-NBL players.

It will be an 8 team competition, with 2 teams yet to be finalized. So if you're an association or sports club, register your interest at www.ultimatebasketball.com.au .

There will be a player draft on 7th Sept, 14-15th Sept, 21st Sept (if needed). Times TBA. To register for the draft visit www.ultimatebasketball.com.au.

This is a great initiative for NSW basketball. I gather it has BNSW running scared since I hear they are looking at doing their own summer comp (with prize money - shock/horror).
