That's just insane. 0.4 seconds starts from time receiver touches ball not inbound pass.

Exactly, it's not possible to catch the ball and then do what he did in 0.4 seconds. It was a great shot nonetheless.

Speaking of that, was surprised the other day when the Hawks played the Tigers and the Hawks had 1 second on the shot clock. Oscar hoisted a 3, but it was a shot-clock violation.

Pretty sure 1 second is enough time for Oscar to get his shot off.
