Expansion players

A lot of talk on this forum about expansion which got me thinking if the NBL was to add 2 or 3 teams in 2015/16 (here's hoping) which players would you consider for these teams. Not including imports or current NBL players. My list is as follows,

David Barlow
Anatoly Bose
Rhys Carter
Andrija Dumovic
damon Heuiur
Matt Hodgson
Daniel Dillon
Bennie Lewis
Majok Majok
Corey Maynard
Luke Nevill
Jordan Vandenberg

well depends when the league expands, where would be a few college guys who wouldnt command great money in europe or NBA... Hadziomerovic and Greenwood would be 2. I would look at Bairstow but I think he might have some NBA potential. Ater Majok should be able to atleast take a bench spot somewhere. Julian Khazzouh, David Anderson could be in consideration. Aleks Maric depending on where he is at the time.. Steve Leven might always be lost to Aussie Basketball but he is someone who I think even got a Boomers look in before even turning pro and someone who had a world of potential yet never even got to a game in the NBL... im just throwing the name out there.

Yeah I think there is plenty of talent around and we have to believe that if a Dillon Boucher or Mika Vukona is in NZ that an Aussie team would pick them up and try to develop them into great players as what happened with Dillon and Mika.

I'd also be interested if any naturalized Australians become possibilities ie Jamar Wilson or Gary Ervin

I think the league will be better for the extra teams and not worse and the names you've mentioned above show just how many talented big men this country has that we'd love to have (back) in our league

between the two lists there is enough talent to add a couple of teams of course not every player above will be available but there are probably a dozen more players out there to consider. Will the nbl add more teams? I will believe it when I see it.
