Josh Duinker from Sydney is playing in The Netherlands and the Eurochallenge and having a very good season to date, could be playing himself into a decent contract next year.

Also Liam Rush in Sweden and Matthew Adekponya in Portugal are two Aussies playing in lower leagues.

lol. Pretty sure a quarter of Australia are immigrants or first gens. JUst off the top we would have to cancel out Andrew Bogut, Aleks Maric, Dante Exum, Ben Simmons, CJ Bruton would never have been a boomer, Probably plenty more I have forgotten.

Lucky for Australian basketball that the "true blue" anon above isn't selecting our boomers team. without Exum,Simmons, Bogut, Bolden, Maric, etc we have no chance at a medal in 2016 and beyond.

PnR's newest team member Craig Rayner provides a review of the 2013/14 Euroleague (and EuroCup) season with a deliberate focus on the Australians in action.

EuroView: The 2013/14 Euroleague season in review

The blue and yellow confetti of 2013/14 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Champions Maccabi Tel Aviv has only just been swept up off the Mediolanum Forum floor in Milan, bringing a close to what was an amazing season. We can now catch our collective breath and reflect on the season that was for those players who bleed Australian green and gold while competing in Europe's top continental leagues.
