Breakers sign commentator Casey Frank

OK, he still plays, but he's also a decent and current commentator. Have to have a quick laugh at the Breakers this year.

I assume this is to cover for injured Pledger?

Decent short term signing for Pledger I guess. Really like his commentary. Expecting him to get involved in a scuffle or two haha

A good three-point shooting big and no-fuss defender for the Tall Blacks, wonder what sort of game shape he's in though?

Dean must really not like Trueman. They paid him out and still wont bring him in as injury replacement.

You just have to feel for Trueman, he has the best name in the whole league and Vickerman is just spitting in his face.

Clearly they should mic him up so he can commentate on the court.

Whether Trueman wants to comeback is another question. He might not want to after they dropped him? Who knows though

He better hope the referees have short memories regarding the dribble he has slung their way!

Well technically they let Trueman go, so like with Sanders and the Kings, they can't bring back a local player that has been let go (we know that that rule exists for local players). However someone somewhere mentioned that it WOULD be possible to bring Sanders back as an injury replacement, maybe they don't want to use their "one and done" (can only be an injury replacement once, for one player) if Pledger isn't going to be out a significant amount of time?

Add to that insightful post that American's like to keep fit in 2013 they were the 2nd most obese country in the world behind Mexico with 31.8% of their population obese. :)
