NBL Juditiary Panel

Have they ever heard of teleconferencing ???? Its a high tech world
and anything is possible. If they are not present why was Charges, laid cleared and new charges laid.... Seriously, take the players and teams out of it and look at the process. Thats unprofessional and needs immediate attention... Panel = 2 lawyers and Andrei....

Im telling you they dont actually care! The publicity this has ended up causing is fantastic, everyone is overeating to a mini scuffle.

I think you'll find the Judiciary was hearing it via that thing called teleconference.

One of the Judiciary got caught up in court (possibly defending a basketball DO on a DUI ?)

It kinda forces the NBL's hand a bit now. If Joey is found guilty then banning him seems a bit pointless and could be construed ad being a denial of natural justice so long after the event.

IMO, maybe the Judiciary might consider closing the book on this one and "pushing on"

Why is everyone so obsessed with penalties. It generated publicity for the league and a great ending to a really boring blowout game. Everyone wins let's leave it at that.
