Hey Moneyballer, I don't suppose you'd like to consider a trade for AJ? ;)

Shouldn't it be that people out of the finals can't trade to people in the finals?
Just in the interest of fairness.

Anyway, my team:
G Chris Goulding
G Kevin Tiggs
F Anthony Petrie (C)
F Lucas Walker
C Gary Wilkinson

Shawn Redhage
Rhys Martin
Larry Davidson

Tiggs still injured, better off playing Rys Martin on court. Been in decent form lately

I agree hendo888 , signing and releasing players is one thing but trading is not really in the spirit of the comp I would suggest. Pretty sure last year they had a cut off point. We all chose our teams at the start of the year so suck it up and see how it all pans out i say.

Good luck moneyballer finishing...... 5th if that is your views. Its not part of the game by the way, that is why they have a cut off point in bball.

lol... I was just joking, guys... I agree for a cut off for trading, there's no reason I can see how a trade at this time of the season can be fair...

Guys, slight problem... I only just noticed that Wilkinson (Team Hendo8888) is only listed on DT as a Forward, not a combo F/C.

So while I think that the onus is on the poster to make sure all their players are playing in the right positions, we all sort of assumed that Gary was a F/C because really, that is the true position that he plays, even with Pledger in the team...

Here's a breakdown of the implications to the results:

Rd 4: Davidson as CTR
Rd 5: No CTR, but beat Flinders80 by nearly 200pts anyways
Rd 6: On bench so ok
Rd 7: Trigger as CTR
Rd 8: On bench so ok
Rd 9: Trigger as CTR
Rd 10: Trigger as CTR
Rd 11: On bench so ok
Rd 12: No CTR, but beat Moneyballer by more than what Gary scored
Rd 13: No CTR, but loss to Wookiee anyways
Rd 14: No CTR, but beat alexkrad by more than what Gary scored
Rd 15: No CTR, but beat Flinders80 by more than what Gary scored
Rd 16: No CTR, but loss to Pure Silk anyways
Rd 17: No CTR, but loss to Moneyballer anyways
Rd 18: No CTR, but beat Wookiee by LESS (47) than what Gary scored (58)
Rd 19: Davidson as CTR
Rd 20: No CTR, but beat Flinders80 by more than what Gary scored (even as captain)
Rd 21: No CTR, but beat Pure Silk by more (100) than what Gary scored (6)

That would put both Hendo and alexkrad on the same amount...

Personally I'm ok with taking the loss, but really, rules are rules and I'm happy to open up the floor for discussion, seeing as how DT got his position wrong in the first place...

Thoughts?

For what it's worth, no-one else picked it up before now, so my suggestion would be that it slide, however knowing that and Round 22 scores are not tallied yet (not intentionally on purpose, but checking the teams and having the C in front of Wilko reminded me that I couldn't change him to a C for my DT team last week) I'd suggest that his score is void as out of position...

It could either hurt or not make a difference... Thought I'd raise it before it was obvious either way and hopefully have some honest/open discussion :)

If this is the case then that player(s) score MUST be VOID and not counted. Otherwise it opens up a massive can of worms.
