Need a coach. Imports are massive waste of money.

Huh?
They are 2-2 to start the season. Two new imports who will take some time to adjust to league. New head coach, so players will take time to learn his way. They have a pretty nice starting 5 and a couple of solid bench players.

Sure, they clearly got beaten big time tonight but that was against the undefeated NW Tasmania, who may just have the best import in the league and the rookie of the year in their team!

They are a genuine chance to make the playoffs.

Let's not forget that the reigning champs are now 0-3...

Reigning champs were missing 3 starters... Andrew harms, dequan Montreal, and Owen Odegie, who will all be back... let's see what happens now.

Thunder just good and local players so much better.Chargers imports need to be playing NWBU. roster not just Tom Wright which is the best comp in Tas.

Chargers imports are not up to form at the moment but in saying that the three guard starting rotation does not work with Wright being the only distributor. Masunda is a great guard on the break getting to the rim and George is a shoot first guard. Lack of depth hurts.
As for the imports playing NWBU there would be little benefit. NWBU is a guard first league and look at the other big imports stats on a weekly basis. Funderburke from Wynyard and Campbell at Devonport would just be averaging 10 and 10 a game.

Chargers are terrible. Have they ever lost to the Thunder by 30? I doubt it

Chargers always lose by 30 at Ulverstone to the Thunder. Have done for at least the last 3-4 years.

Chargers are looking ordinary and don't seem to be gelling as a team. Very few assists in the loss to NWT but a lot of turnovers. They were lucky to grabs 2 early wins and will need to improve a lot to get many more.

Close to bottom of the ladder.
Why pick an old import from Peru?
3 smalls will never work.
Deep deep doo doo.

Strange I looked at the last couple of games and the chargers lost by 14 each time.
2010 the Chargers lost by 30.
I believe that the Chargers won the fight and beat the Thunder in 2011
